- By accessing the Fitmeal website and purchasing the products and services offered through this website, you confirm that you agree to and are prepared to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- The fitmeal.ge service operates as a “startup.” Accordingly, its products and services are subject to continuous change. Therefore, fitmeal.ge reserves the right to modify the terms of service or the products offered, or to discontinue the service, at any time.
Subject Matter of the Agreement
- The subject matter of this Agreement is the products offered by fitmeal.ge through the website and the delivery of those products to the location selected by you, in exchange for payment of a predetermined amount. The list of products and services may also be updated periodically.
- We may amend this Agreement without providing any special notice. Any amended version shall take effect from the moment it is published, unless otherwise specified in the new version of the Agreement.
Our Obligations
- Fitmeal undertakes to Accept your order in a timely manner and fulfil it, provided that the relevant product is in stock at that time.
- Deliver the product to the exact address specified by you.
- Deliver the product to the specified location on the day following receipt of the order.
- Protect the User’s privacy.
User Obligations
- The User is required to provide the Company with accurate personal information, including their first and last name, telephone number, and address.
- Make payment only from their own bank account or card, or from the bank account or card of an authorised person.
- Not disclose their personal data to any third party.
- Provide the Company with an accurate address and be present at that address to meet the Fitmeal courier when the order is delivered.
- Use the delivered product for personal consumption only and not sell, resell, or otherwise transfer it to another person.
Ordering Terms
- Visit the website at www.fitmeal.ge
- Register on our website. Registration may be completed using either an email address or a Facebook account. During registration, you must provide your correct first name, last name, telephone number, and address.
- Select your preferred diet plan, add it to your cart, and proceed to the payment page.
- Payment may be made through the website or by transferring the relevant amount to the Company’s bank account.
Payment Terms
- The price of each product offered by us is displayed on our website.
- We reserve the right to change product prices in the future without prior notice.
- The prices displayed on the website include all taxes required by law.
- Payment may be made online through the website or by transferring the relevant amount to the Company’s bank account.
- A refund shall be issued only if the Company fails to provide the service, cancels the service, or fails to deliver the ordered product. Refunds shall not be provided in cases of minor delays, disruptions, or other circumstances in which the order is substantially fulfilled and accepted by the customer.
- If the courier delivers a product other than the product you ordered, you have the right to refuse to accept it and request delivery of the correct product, or we will refund the amount paid.
- If the Company cancels the service because the address provided by the User was inaccurate, the amount paid by the User shall not be refunded.
- Refunds shall be issued only to the same bank account from which the original payment was made.
- The refund shall be processed within 2 (two) business days following cancellation of the service.
- A delivery fee of GEL 6 (six Georgian lari) shall be added to orders of up to GEL 20 (twenty Georgian lari). For orders exceeding GEL 20 (twenty Georgian lari), the delivery fee shall be GEL 4 (four Georgian lari).
Privacy
- We protect Users’ personal data and undertake not to disclose your personal data to third parties.
- If you disclose your personal data to a third party, we shall not be held liable for any resulting or potential damage.
- We undertake to process only the personal data necessary for providing the service, namely the User’s name, contact telephone number, and the address at which the User wishes to receive the selected product.
- Your name is required so that the purchased product can be delivered to you personally.
- Your contact information is required so that we can notify you about the delivery of the product and provide you with any other information related to receiving the service.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you consent to providing your personal data to fitmeal.ge.
Liability
- Products supplied by Fitmeal comply with the quality standards established for such products in Georgia and are prepared in full compliance with applicable hygiene standards.
- We use only the highest-quality, 100% natural products. We work with reliable suppliers who have relevant experience in supplying such products and enjoy a strong reputation.
- We shall not be held liable if the User has an allergy or any particular sensitivity or intolerance to a purchased food product or any of its ingredients. Food products may contain ingredients capable of causing allergic reactions, including sesame seeds, nuts, and similar ingredients. The website allows the User to complete a comments field and specify any particular requirements, including information about allergies. In such cases, the Company will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the User’s requirements.
